Rental Rates:             $175 per night (min. 3 nights)

Mileage Costs:            100 miles included per night.

(Based on per day averages)        

                               Overages calculate at following rates:

1-99 miles over - $.32 per mile

100-199 miles over - $.60 per mile

200+ miles over - $1.00 per mile

Reservation Fee:         $250 (Applied towards the total charges)

Security Deposit:        $750 (Returned with-in 14 days of Motorhome return.)

Generator Charge:      $3.00 per hour of use, (first 5 hrs free per day)

Cleaning Charge:         $65 for interior, (expected to be returned reasonably clean).

                               Exterior is your responsibility, or opt to prepay $65.

                               Penalty Fee of $200.00 if not returned reasonably clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments. You can prepay cleaning inside and out for $130.  

Dumping Charge:        $35.00 dumping charge if black and gray tanks are not emptied upon return. You can prepay fee for $25.

Fuel Tank:                 $25.00 plus fuel costs if fuel is not topped off upon return.

Propane Tank:            $25.00 plus fuel costs if propane tank not topped off upon return. 

Cancellation Charges:          No charge for 45 day advance notice.

$150 for 15-44 day Notice

$250 for less than 15 day Notice

A $35 administration fee applies to all cancellations.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Prices above do not included tax; a 7.75% Sales Tax charge will be added.

The nightly rental costs, estimated mileage costs, and security deposit (less the reservation deposit) are all due and payable upon pickup.
