Motorhome Rental Reservation
I would like to reserve the 28’ Four Winds Motor Home for the below dates and estimated cost. A $250 reservation down payment shall be paid to “Our Company” to reserve the Motor Home for rental.

Cancellation Policy. In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee of $250.00 will be deducted from the deposit, if the cancellation is made up to 15 days prior to the pickup date. If it is 15-45 days prior to rental a fee of $150 applies and if cancellation is 45 days or more, only the $35 administrative fee will apply.
Additional Cost. In addition to the nightly cost there may be other cost incurred based on the Motorhome Rate Sheet (see attached).
INSURANCE. The customer shall provide proof of insurance 7 days prior to the pickup date, which will cover the customer and Motorhome for the duration of the rental period.
PETS. No pets shall be allowed in the Motorhome.
SMOKING. No smoking is allowed in the Motorhome.
Towing: There will be no towing without additional waiver signed and fee paid.
Driver Requirements. The Motorhome can only be driven by a qualified driver 25 years of age or older possessing a valid and identifiable driver’s license. All drivers must be covered under the customer’s insurance and will be bound by the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
